Returns & Exchanges

Returns within Italy are free. Please email us at ciao@alexandradecurtis.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide you with return instructions. 

For all international returns & exchanges, please note that all shipping costs are incurred by the customer, in addition to a handling fee. Should any duties or customs fees be charged when the item is returned to us, these will not be subject to a refund.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via couriers such as DHL or FedEx for tracking purposes, and that a customer requests adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Alexandra de Curtis Ltd. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Alexandra de Curtis Ltd.'s sole discretion.

We accept payment via Paypal, Apple Pay and many major credit cards through Stripe. All payments are made in Euros, and the final cost to you will depend on your bank's or credit card company’s exchange rate on the date of purchase. 

Prices on our website displayed in other currencies that aren't Euros are indicative and do not reflect the final cost displayed on your bank statement or credit card bill. The exact amount refunded to your card is subject to your bank’s daily exchange rate.

Please email us at ciao@alexandradecurtis.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not ship items back to us before requesting return instructions, or your order may not be refunded or exchanged.

BUYING A GIFT CARD

Alexandra de Curtis gift cards are purchased in Euros.

• Select a gift card amount;
• Include the recipient's name, address, and a personal message (optional);
• The gift card will be emailed to the recipient, and a delivery receipt will be emailed to you.
   

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD

You can redeem a gift card on the payment page when making your purchase. Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order.

Please note:

• If your gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance will automatically be credited to your Alexandra de Curtis account for future purchases;
• All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift card or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card;
• The balance on your gift card is valid for 12 months.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund. All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as store credit to your Alexandra de Curtis account for you to use against a future purchase;
• If you return an item paid by both gift and credit cards, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit;
• To return an item that you have purchased with a gift card, please send an email to ciao@alexandradecurtis.com.
