We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Countries we don't currently ship to are Russia and North Korea.
At Alexandra de Curtis Limited, we proudly stand behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery receipt for store credit, return, or exchange.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange which bears an indication that it was used. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items, bespoke or customised pieces (including monogrammed items).
