Any customs or duty fees will be requested by our courier, DHL Express, and can be paid by credit card through DHL's website.

All of our bags come packaged in a cotton Alexandra de Curtis dust bag and tissue paper and our small leather goods are wrapped in tissue paper, or a small box. Our orders are shipped in recyclable brown boxes with a recyclable personalised security tape (as used by Amazon). Please let us know if you’d like us to package your order with a neutral tape instead.
